Aisha Shuaibu is a business executive with a decade-long robust background in management, brand development, and consultancy. 

She serves as the Founder and MD of Waffle Way and Brunch Lane, two prominent restaurant businesses in Abuja, Nigeria. She is also the President of SWA Sports, an Africa-focused sports-for-development consultancy agency. 

Aisha is renowned for her creativity, adept ideation skills, and strategic acumen, consistently delivering value across diverse industries within the African continent and around the world.

Beyond her entrepreneurial endeavors, Aisha is deeply passionate about social impact, women empowerment, diversity & inclusion, and defying the norm. She fervently advocates for purposeful living and impact through passion. 

Aisha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies from the United Kingdom and a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management from Türkiye.
